Wynstar Petroleum Transport has an immediate opening for a bulk petroleum dispatcher to work at our Portage IN. office. Wynstar is a bulk petroleum carrier, employing over 40 transport drivers, who serve a diverse customer base throughout the Northern Illinois, the entire state of Indiana and Southwest Michigan areas.

Dispatch duties include receiving customer orders, accurate entry into dispatch software, organizing loads, building shifts, and working closely with Customers and Drivers. Wynstar operates 24/7. Potential candidate will need to be open for potential night shift and some weekend coverage.

Depending on shift assigned, there is potential for some of the work to be covered from a home office environment.

This challenging position requires a hands-on individual who can multi-task, problem solve and analyze workload, routes and driver schedules in such a way as to maximize fleet productivity.
